Introductory webinar: Crafting Your Coaching Identity One Session at a Time

60 minutes; Zoom

Starting out as a coach is exciting, yet it can also feel daunting. You’re building your practice, finding your voice, and navigating the challenges of confidentiality, boundaries and ethics. At times, you may wonder: Am I doing this right?

That’s where coaching supervision becomes your greatest ally.

This webinar introduces the 1080 Starter Plan to coaches in training or those who have just qualified and are launching their practice. It will show you how coaching supervision provides a safe, reflective space to explore dilemmas, strengthen your coaching identity and grow into the practitioner you aspire to be.

Why this webinar matters for new coaches

  • Clarity and confidence: learn what supervisors actually do and how they support your early practice.

  • Practical guidance: discover frameworks that help you see your coaching in new ways.

  • Identity-building: explore who you are as a coach, how you show up, and who you’re becoming.

  • Emotional support: find reassurance when self-doubt or imposter feelings creep in.

Supervision: more than coaching for coaches

Supervision isn’t about oversight. It’s about seeing through: through your client relationships, through the dynamics of your practice and beyond your current edge to your unique potential.

In this webinar, you’ll gain new perspectives that make supervision accessible and empowering, especially for those at the beginning of their coaching journey.

Group Supervision

6 x 120 minutes; Zoom

A supportive space to build confidence, deepen your skills and grow your coaching identity.

These open group supervision sessions are created specifically for coaches who are training, newly qualified or just starting to establish their practice. Across six 120-minute sessions on Zoom, you’ll explore real coaching experiences, strengthen your reflective capacity and develop the confidence to navigate the complexities of early practice.

You’ll join a welcoming community of peers who are learning, experimenting and finding their voice, all held within a psychologically safe, expertly facilitated environment.

How the programme works

  • Six supervision sessions over 12 months: space to reflect, integrate learning and build momentum as you grow your practice

  • 120-minute sessions on Zoom: deep, structured time for exploration, insight and shared learning.

  • Up to 24 early career coaches per session: a diverse cohort offering multiple perspectives and a sense of ‘not doing this alone’

  • Four intakes per year: join at a moment that aligns with your training or the launch of your practice.

To get the most from the group, you’ll be invited to:

  • Identify your learning goals and the practice issues you want to explore

CORE Practice Space

CORE Practice Space

Athletes know that strengthening their core leads to better balance and stability, more efficient and powerful movement, and reduced risk of injury. Strengthening your coaching core leads to enhanced presence, more effective coaching and reduces your risk of burnout.

Practising our coaching is the most important way to develop our practical coaching skills. Co-coaching or peer coaching is a great way to experiment with new techniques and learn from others.

CORE is a peer-to-peer practice space for coaches who want to deepen their craft through real, relational learning.

The group convenes four times a year on Zoom, where triads of coaches rotate through the roles of coach, coachee and observer to create a rich cycle of action, reflection and insight.

This is coaching development at its most human: collaborative, supportive and grounded in lived experience.

What CORE offers

  • Hands on practice in a safe, structured and inclusive environment

  • Live observation that sharpens your awareness of coaching methods, patterns and presence

  • Constructive peer feedback that strengthens confidence and capability

  • A regular rhythm that keeps your skills fresh and your reflective muscles active

  • A welcoming community of coaches with diverse backgrounds and experience, committed to mutual care and growth.

Who it’s for

CORE is open to:

  • All coaches - available for a small participation fee (£6.95 per session).

  • Grow the Coach supervision clients, including 1080 Plan clients - free of charge

Whether you’re early in your coaching journey or an experienced practitioner wanting to stay sharp, CORE gives you a space to practise, stretch and reconnect with the essence of coaching.

Why CORE matters

Effective coaching is learnt in relationships with others. CORE brings you into supportive triads where you can experiment, observe and reflect, all while being held by peers who care about the quality of their practice as much as you do.

It’s simple. It’s powerful. And it keeps you connected to the core of who you are as a coach.
