No matter what level of experience you have, practising is the best thing you can do to develop your coaching, and reflecting on your practice is the best way to embed the learning.
After checking in, we spend 60 minutes in triads in breakout rooms, where each participant had 20 minutes to coach and receive feedback. The result is a supportive environment where insight, confidence and capability deepen through real experience and constructive feedback. After everyone has taken their turn, we reconvene to debrief. The smiles on people’s faces when we come back together never ceases to show me the benefits of CORE, even before participants give feedback on their experiences.
The space is called CORE because it’s all about strengthening the core of your coaching practice: athletes know that strengthening their core leads to better balance and stability, more efficient and powerful movement, and reduced risk of injury. Strengthening your coaching core leads to enhanced presence, more effective coaching and reduces your risk of isolation and burnout.
The space opens four times a year on Zoom for coaches to practise, observe, reflect and grow together.
CORE is:
· Practical and relational
· Grounded in reflective practice
· Designed to strengthen presence and skill
· Open, inclusive and community-focused.
It’s publicly available to any coach for a small participation fee (£6.95 per session). And it’s FREE for my supervision clients.
If you’re looking for a space to reconnect with the essence of coaching and to keep your practice alive and evolving, I’d love you to join us at CORE.
The next session is 16:30 – 18:00, Monday June 15, 2026.
Book on Eventbrite.
